This bathroom is a “wet room” with waterproof Moroccan plaster walls. Kitchen is a mixture of old and new - reusing some of the original cabinets, and mixing them with modern cabinets with the most current organization system - like automatic interior lighting, and customized inserts. Some cabinets are maple, and others are mahogany. The tile backsplash is also Moroccan.
The mudroom has reclaimed brick floors, and more custom cabinetry.

Two of our latest homes on the river in W Norriton, PA. All electrical and mechanical is above the high flood mark. The elevators are set to stay above the flood mark, as well. Floods occur here relatively often…

We aren’t afraid of some steel! Sometimes we need to take a wall out, sometimes that wall may be carrying something important…. So we add some steel. This piece weighs 1450 lbs, and helped us make three rooms into one large kitchen in Bryn Mawr.

Meet our newest apprentices, Yogi and Case. Yogi is ready for work, but Case had a rough weekend, we guess. The first lesson is to be up and ready for the workday. I’m not sure that Case is the right fit for the job. Time will tell.

We have a new project starting on a beautiful historic home in Bryn Mawr.  All work on the exterior will be delicately handled to seamlessly mesh with the original architecture.

A recent kitchen renovation that we were excited to show off

We love having the opportunity to go back to projects that were completed in the past. Years ago, we added the windows, ship-lap, fireplace, lighting and flooring to this amazingly welcoming and warm family room. This was an an integral part to a whole house renovation that included a new sunroom with heated floors and another fireplace, a new kitchen, two renovated baths, a renovated master suite and a (hidden) loft area behind a Murphy door in the children’s room. The entire exterior was also renovated and a new portico was added to complete this beautiful home.

Nothing like a little lunchtime “picnic” on Route 202.
