Beach Point is a private Beach, Yacht and Tennis Club. Beach Point Club is a membership owned, family-oriented club.
Situated on Long Island Sound in Mamaroneck, NY it boasts breathtaking views, a beautiful clubhouse with a first-rate dining program, a full service marina complete with an Ideal 18, crew and junior sailing programs, a day camp, har-tru tennis courts, a platform tennis complex, a beach bar & outdoor dining pavilion, swimming pools, cabanas and a beach.

Congratulations to BPYC Member and Past Commodore Andrew Berdon and his crew on winning the Storm Trysail Club's Block Island Race, a 186-mile race held annually to kick off the distance racing season on Long Island Sound.
The course takes competitors from Stamford, CT, up the Sound and into the open waters off the Connecticut and Rhode Island coast before rounding Block Island and then returning to the start in Stamford. "Summer Storm 52" won in both its class and in the fleet overall.

There was a good turnout for the 2024 Men’s Member-Member C/B/A Paddle Tournament held this past Saturday. It was a one-day tournament involving three different skill levels. It was a spring-like Saturday tournament of fun competition. Congrats to C Club Champions Jeremy & Marcus and B/A Club Champions Andy Ackerman and Eric.

Beach Point won big last week at CMAA’s 97th World Conference on Club Management.
Alexandria LaRocca was awarded the Sally Burns Rambo Scholarship. This scholarship provides financial support to female club managers interested in furthering their professional development.
Qian Yang, CCM and Liz Barry, CCM, received their official Certified Club Management designations. The CCM designation indicates that a club management professional has completed a rigorous and extensive course of study and training and demonstrates a dedication to proficiency and expertise in club management.
Randy Ruder, CCM, CCE, was indoctrinated as a CMAA Fellow. This select group honors dynamic and active luminaries who embody the leadership, integrity, involvement, and contributions of excelling club management professionals.

Congratulations to Rob Schumaker on winning the 2023 Men’s B Singles Tennis Club Championship against Jason Kalish.
This tournament had a record number of participants with a draw of 52 members and was played over 13 weeks. Thanks to all who participated this year.
