Huge shoutout to this amazing woman! Maria had hit an amazing milestone in her journey with exercise & nutrition. The second photo is a photo of her and Ryan from 4 years ago when she dropped her first 20lbs. In total she is down 55lbs but more importantly then the scale being down Maria is stronger and more balanced in every aspect. So proud of her, Keep Going !
This is Andrew, not only is Andrew down 45 lbs, he made significant progress in all of his compound lifts across the board. He is one of the hardest workers to step foot into this gym and I’m damn proud of him 💪🏼
