Looking for a full-time Operations Associate for our small, but well established e-commerce company with 2+ years’ professional experience. The qualified candidate will be responsible for processing company orders in a timely manner, assisting with purchasing and be ready to take on any task in an office setting. Position is ON-SITE only from our office in Manalapan. 2 years of MS Excel is needed along with prior experience in an ecommerce setting.

Operations Assistant Position is on site in our office in Manalapan, New Jersey, right off Route 33.

Daily tasks for an Operations Assistant include:
-Making sure all orders for the designated partners are processed on time.

Daily order processing for all our partners and channels

Processing & Reviewing Picklists

Reviewing backorders and low stock items

Processing and closing of all orders

Analyzing Profit Margins on all sales

Helping our lead buyer with reviewing vendor price lists in excel for purchasing

Multi-tasking and learning new tasks will always keep you ahead of the curve.

Need proficiency in Microsoft Excel to review prices and margins

Associate should have prior experience in ecommerce based companies. Analytical skills as well as intellect is required.

Job can grow to becoming an Operations Lead.
