We are aware of recent online claims made by a group of customers regarding an incident that occurred at our restaurant yesterday. While we deeply value every guest who walks through our doors, we cannot sit idly by while false accusations are spread. Let me assure you, we have the entire encounter on video, and it clearly shows that the situation, while unfortunate, did not involve any aggression on our part. "Elder Abuse" did not take place.

The incident stemmed from a disagreement over a chicken sandwich, (was not enough chicken on her grilled chicken sandwich???) something we never imagined could escalate to such a degree. However, what has followed—false narratives and defamatory comments—compels us to respond publicly.

We pride ourselves on our integrity, our food, and most importantly, the respect and care we extend to every guest. It’s disheartening when a situation is misrepresented, especially when it’s used to harm the reputation we’ve worked so hard to build. Rest assured, we are taking the appropriate steps to address these false claims and ensure the truth is known.

Thank you to all our loyal customers who continue to support us. Your trust and faith mean the world, and we’ll keep working tirelessly to make sure every meal at Blend on Main is an experience worth remembering.
