HVAC company based in Manassas Park, VA is looking for Experienced HVAC Technicians and Helpers.

Visits to the office are minimal - Techs are issued a company van to park at home and travel straight to job sites each morning. Our technicians travel between the Northern VA, Maryland and DC area servicing and maintaining our customers HVAC systems, both Commercial and Residential.

Our company, K W Smith & Son, has been in business over 30 years and offers a stable atmosphere for you to demonstrate your talents in the HVAC field.

All Applicants must be certified in the heating & air conditioning trade, have a good driving record, positive attitude and be able to pass a criminal background test as well as a drug test.
Technicians should have a minimum of five years experience in the HVAC field,
Helpers must have a minimum of two years experience, basic knowledge of HVAC systems and have a CFC license.

We know that many of your lives have been significantly impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic and wanted to share with you how we are adjusting our practices, so that we can continue to provide you service, while also ensuring that our employees stay safe.

We are allowing our office employees to work from home, or only allowing one employee in the building at a time so that we can minimize exposure. This means that a majority of the time, our answering service will be the one receiving your calls. Rest assured that as soon as our answering service speaks with a customer, they immediately relay the information to us. We are trying to be as diligent as possible in returning your calls quickly and answering any questions you may have during this time. Please call us with any and all questions! We are anxious to hear from you!

For our service technicians, we are providing them with gloves, face masks, booties, and hand sanitizer. We intend for them to have as little face to face time as possible, both for your sake and for theirs. This means that we will need to secure payment information before our technicians arrive at your location. However, we will never charge your card without your direct authorization. We will only enter your homes if absolutely necessary and will be as efficient as possible.

We are regularly checking our email, so please contact us at [email protected] if you are unable to reach us by phone. It is our greatest pleasure to provide you service and to make sure that our customers are comfortable in their living spaces. We hope to continue long past this pandemic and wish the best for all of you and your families.
