Recently several of our U.S. employees volunteered their time to engage with inspiring kids from Aaron's Presents a local organization that provides mentoring and support to children in fulfilling ideas that benefit their families, neighborhoods and larger communities.

The day kicked off with an interactive session exploring the world of sensors. Our team members showcased their expertise, sparking curiosity and igniting imaginations. Following a fascinating tour of our labs, the children engaged in conversations with various employees, learning about diverse career paths within our company.

We were all thrilled to witness the spark of excitement and potential in these young minds. To fuel their continued learning, each child went home with a few company swag items to keep the inspiration going! hashtag hashtag hashtag hashtag hashtag

Many Allegro employees will come together to take positive action this by participating in our blood drive.

Did you know that over 100,000 individuals in the U.S. suffer from sickle cell disease? This enduring and often invisible condition disproportionately affects individuals of African descent, many of whom rely on routine blood transfusions to prevent life-threatening complications. Matching blood types from donors of the same race or ethnicity significantly improves compatibility and reduces the risk of complications. Donating blood can save multiple lives and have a meaningful impact on those in need.

Today is International Day of Women and Girls in Science and we celebrate women leading action and innovation around the world like our very own Yejee Choi:

“Working as a female engineer can seem intimidating from the outside. It’s a generally male dominant field. I’ve worked at Allegro for 5 years and never felt I was being treated differently than my male peers. I’m always treated as an equal engineer, not a female engineer. It’s a great feeling to work for a company that values inclusivity. Everyone is valued equally as an individual, regardless of gender, age, or ethnicity. We’re all given the tools and support we need to succeed in each project and continue advancing in our careers.” – Yejee Choi
