Martin Luther King Jr. was intentional with actions. Today our organizations are quick with statements and trainings but lack the actions to transform the lives of those impacted at various marginalization. I emphasized in my presentation, the importance of having an action Blueprint that will bring positive impact with the focus of the โBeingโ and the โDoingโ.
In 2023, the theme was Embracing Friction. We are grateful for all of our Workforce Partners, including the people behind each organization. DMC has grown tremendously this year and we look forward to all the work ahead of us in 2024, with new and existing partners.
