We will talk about the book and learn a bit about one girl's experience in the foster cares system. All are welcome to join. If you need help accessing this book, please don't hesitate to reach out!

Today we are commemorating Juneteenth, a day to recognize the resiliency and achievements of generations of African Americans throughout our history and today. Juneteenth celebrates and calls into action the fight toward justice, equity, and freedom.

We recognize that there is more to be done to create an equitable society. We stand with those who have been victims of discrimination, and raise the voices of those who have marginalized.
