Even if you have recently had a new furnace installed, regular maintenance is still very important. Here we can catch small problems before they become larger ones and ensure the optimal operation of your furnace all season long.
Does your office or warehouse furnace groan every time you turn it on? Maintaining an old furnace may not be the most cost-effective option. New-style furnaces are required to meet stringent fuel efficiency standards that can save you energy dollars over time.
When there are extreme weather patterns in the area, it’s important to adjust your expectation of your HVAC systems. For instance, even a new system may have trouble cooling your home more than 20 degrees once the outside temperature reaches triple digits.
When you combine an energy audit with a new heating and cooling system, it's possible to lower your commercial utility bill by as much as 30 to 40 percent. Over time, those savings will help to pay for the new system.
When your company relies on ready access to the information stored on your servers, controlling the temperature in your server room is critical. Let’s talk about how installing the right HVAC system could help to keep your servers functioning.
Businesses with HVAC systems that still rely on Freon may want to consider upgrading to newer equipment that relies on Puron, a refrigerant that is not dangerous to the environment. Experts say the cost of refrigerant is expected to increase until 2020, when it will no longer be commercially available.
Did you know that energy use for heating and air conditioning accounts for more than 25 percent of the primary energy consumed in commercial buildings in the United States? This is why it’s so important to have the most efficient system possible installed.

The air-conditioning system in a home is both expensive and complex. By letting an air-conditioning contractor handle all maintenance and repairs, you ensure that the system's warranty remains intact.
We understand that the needs of a commercial HVAC customer can be intense and immediate. Whenever your system starts giving you trouble, we’ll do everything we can to minimize the amount of time you and your staff will be inconvenienced by repairs.
Remember when you were shopping for a new home? A roof in disrepair or an old cooling and heating system raise red flags for homebuyers, who usually decide to focus on other homes in better condition.
Because fossil fuels produce carbon monoxide (CO) when they burn, it is important that we test new heating systems after we install them to ensure that CO is being properly ventilated to the outside and away from the building’s occupants.
Did you know that gas HVAC systems have minimal impact on the environment? This is because the byproducts from this type of system are mostly water v***r and small amounts of carbon dioxide. In fact, natural gas has the fewest emissions of any home-heating fuel.
You may be surprised to find that various amusement parks and their rides have features that were created through the HVAC industry. These include characteristics such as smoke screens, pneumatics (pressurized gas) used for coasters, and thrill rides.
Did you know that if your duct system is clean and properly maintained that will extend the life and efficiency of your heating and air-conditioning unit? Consult with your heating and cooling expert.
Dryers first got more popular during the 1940s, when some of the first automatic dryers were invented. In the years following World War II, more than 60,000 dryers were sold every year. Gas dryers took off as a more efficient dryer that could dry quickly with less energy.
Sadly, copper theft is on the rise and industrial air-conditioning units are major targets. We will work with you to place them in locations that are difficult for thieves to access while still readily available to service personnel.
So how do condensing furnaces work? These high-efficiency furnaces take so much heat out of the flue gases that water v***r condenses and turns back into a liquid, which is then vented using plastic vent materials.
A full HVAC system is a major investment for a business, and if properly done, it will last for years, so you want to be sure it fits your specifications. That's why commercial HVAC installers work with you to design the whole system to fit your precise needs.
Are you considering a mini-split system, or a ductless air conditioner system? This is a great option for sunrooms! Since sunrooms tend to get warmer than other rooms in the house, using your central A.C. to cool it down will use more energy than using a mini-split system.
If you think you can tough out the summer without air conditioning just like your grandparents used to, think again. Modern homes aren't constructed using the same climate controlling techniques as they were a couple of generations ago. Those cooling breezeways and transoms have given way to the electronic age -- and air conditioning.
Looking to go green? A lot of electricity is produced using coal or oil, which produces high emissions. When you use natural gas for both cooling and heating, you put less demand on the electrical grid, which means fewer emissions and more clean air.
Are you worried that your HVAC system is on its last leg? Having your system checked out could give you a better guess as to when it will go out for good; and possibly give you some time to save for a replacement.
Natural gas air conditioning and heating are both efficient and economical. It reduces energy use by 30%-50% compared to electric air conditioning, and quickly pays for itself as a result.
It only makes sense to work with an HVAC expert that can offer regular maintenance, handle repairs and install new heating and cooling systems, if necessary. We have the expertise to handle all aspects of your HVAC system.
We recognize that many businesses use HVAC equipment that’s larger and more advanced than what you’d find in many residential environments. No matter which piece of your system is giving you trouble, our team can help you take care of it.
Basically, the heart of a gas furnace is the burner, which is controlled by the thermostat. It releases hot, combusted gas that rises past the heat exchanger and out through a vent that leads outside.
