Hillside Middle School Music Practice-A-Thon
Supporting the arts in public school is so important. When you can make middle school some of the best times of your life, you know you are doing something incredible. This week, the Hillside music students in band, orchestra and chorus are challenged to practice 15,000 minutes in 5 days and raise $5K to support the needs of their program and to fund their trip to the Boston Pops in June. Any donation is appreciated!

What's all the fanfare about? The Hillside Music-A-Thon!! Hillside Music Students are participating in a practice minutes competition between band, chorus and orchestra this week and there are only 2 days left! We are raising money for a Boston Pops fieldtrip and other music department needs. Currently we have logged 11,425 practice minutes! And we are 76% to our fundraising goal of $5K. The 2023 Hillside Music-A-Thon starts today!!! Show us a practice minute of your Hillside Music student! Share that video on your social feeds along with your student's fundraising webpage link to let your friends and family know that the event is kicking off today!
Students can now use their online practice minute trackers and log their out-of-school practice minutes that will automatically be counted towards their team's total practice minutes. Between Band, Orchestra and Chorus, our goal is to practice 12,000 minutes in this one week!! Let's go!!
