Socha Companies has been a successful real estate developer in Manchester for generations, with more than ten residential communities available with a wide range of features.

Just Flow Events & Marketing redesigned the Socha Companies corporate website in 2023 and recognized the need for their high end townhouses communities to have stand alone sites for search engine results and local reach. Since then, our team has created and launched a complete family of nine property sites that coordinate visually. As part of this project, we created an overall color palette and custom property emblems to determine the individualized brand kits for each townhouse community. The end result reinforces the Socha Companies brand and offers a compelling portfolio of available properties.

When local Nashua restaurant Bistro603 set a goal of driving traffic and revenue during their less busy summer months, Just Flow Events & Marketing created and executed a multi-channel advertising campaign consisting of print, digital and paid social media advertising.

Our advertising strategy with The Hippo included a variety of mediums to promote unique messages about our client. Print ad placement in The Hippo's annual "Cool Things About New Hampshire" issue helped position the restaurant as a key player in the dining industry. Sponsored content in The Hippo's weekly "Long Weekend" e-newsletter allowed us to highlight key factors that differentiate Bistro603 from other dining options, such as their unique outdoor patio, live music, scratch kitchen, organic local ingredients and weekly rotating feature menus. Weekly print ads expanded the brand's reach and recognition within the community.

In addition to our seasonal Hippo partnership, we ran a multi-month campaign on Facebook and Instagram, targeting individuals in the greater Nashua area. In diversifying the avenues to reach locals, Just Flow Events & Marketing was able to increase the client's visibility within the region.

To celebrate the 100th anniversary of Fimbel Garage Doors, Just Flow Events & Marketing designed and sourced a variety of specialty print materials to enhance the event's festivities. We produced a prize wheel, zoom flex flags to line the road, and a vibrant banner, all designed to create a memorable and engaging experience for attendees. As part of the celebration, Fimbel provided all attendees with a grab bag of giveaways and a free spin of the prize wheel. If the prize wheel landed on a charity spot, Fimbel Garage Doors generously donated $5.00 to that charity on the attendee's behalf. The grand prize of the day was an exciting $10,000.00 garage door makeover.

In preparation for their Annual Foundation of Friends Breakfast & Day of Giving event, the Boys & Girls Club of Manchester sought a thoughtful gift to present to attendees and donors in appreciation of their support for the annual campaign. The funds raised at this event play a crucial role in the nonprofit’s general operating budget, empowering them to positively impact the future of our community’s youth. Just Flow Events & Marketing was thrilled to assist by sourcing a branded promotional product giveaway item. Initially, our team set out to design and source custom athletic socks. However, due to supply chain issues with the vendor, our team realized the socks would not arrive in time. Faced with this challenge, our team quickly brainstormed and executed an alternative solution to ensure our valued client had a meaningful giveaway for this important event, which was less than one week away. We ordered organic succulents, white ceramic pots, and custom cold transfer stickers. Our entire team then used this as a team building opportunity to assemble the final product: applying stickers onto the pots, filling pots with soil, and planting over 400 succulents. This experience underscores Just Flow Events & Marketing’s commitment to delivering exceptional results, no matter the obstacles. We are dedicated to going above and beyond to ensure success for our clients, demonstrating that with creativity and teamwork, we can overcome any challenge.
