So for the last few years we have been doing Home restorations mostly following water damage mitigation. Now that our arrangement has ended I can tell you that these mitigation companies have now gotten into restoration with mixed results. They are charging a premium over what it should cost, kicking it to a third party and pocketing way almost double the profit as a finders fee. in most cases they are greatly in excess of what insurance is offering for the repair. If you have had any mitigation work done we are here to help. We can bring your home in most cases to better than new condition and for cheaper than these other companies are charging, and with better quality in the end. . If you have any restorations I would love the opportunity to show what we can do. Oh, and we do full renovations also.

So just a comparison between conventional construction and these one day bath companies. We started tiling this project on Tuesday and here we are Friday and if mirrors and hardware didn't get delayed the whole room would be complete. So for a similar price they charge just to put plastic over a shower this client got a new tub, actual tile tub surround, valves, trims, floor, new toilet, new dresser vanity, faucets, mirrors, paint, trim, and hardware. And our quality is supremely better. Total of two weeks actually construction time. Best part, everything will last for decades without failure.

Some before and afters of a kitchen we built in Black River Forest subdivision. This kitchen went from woefully inadequate to truly stunning. It's amazing what taking a wall down can do to open up a space.

Btw, the bath was designed to help a family member who visits occassionally. The old bath design was only a struggle. The grab bars around shower, zero entry shower,wide shower opening, remote shower valve location and Bidet were all incorporated for more family time together.

Last days on this hallway bath renovation. This one is really shaping up nicely.

Been working with a client that has the standard bath done all over the Northshore during the 90s and two thousands. the ones with the little closets on either side of the soaker tub, which is also the shower. I found a solution and its going to be great. this is a first draft and the full height cabinets facing the master bedroom and bath will be more customized to the customers needs with drawer bases, pullouts, etc.

Working on our first ever elevated dog wash station with integrated auto feeder and water bowl cubby underneath. Now ready to build the wash area. This was a lot to fit into a very small laundry room, but it all seems that it will work really well.

Getting close on this one. It was a hall bath with a wall between the water closet and vanity area. It is being replaced by a zero entry shower and the toilet was moved to accommodate the new shower. Even added a window to bring in natural light. Cannot wait to post finals!!!

And the fun begins. Day one of a new kitchen

So some clients I meet with tell me when they got bids from remodeling contractors they never include any plans or elevations of what the finished job will look like so I thought it would be neat to share the background work on the large home remodel we posted the other day. The client had his original home plans and met with me a year before he was ready to break ground. That gave me time to work on his design on raindays and slow times. we took the time to make a solid plan, which is why the end results were so amazing. Since we have a working plan next up is their master bath.

Another kitchen in Mandeville we just completed. We actually began this project fixing some serious water damage caused by improperly installed stucco. Power Pro Remediation of Mandeville took care of the mold and water issues and after a clean bill of health turned this home over to us. We ended up with was all new floors throughout the entire home with the jewel being this amazing kitchen. Really loved the clients style and the overall finished product. This kitchen now matches the grandeur of this incredible home. We did some extra trim work in adjacent areas like all new wraps on window wall, and a paneled look in the dining to give the home the more upscale treatments it always should have had.

A before, during and after of a home renovation we recently completed in Mandeville. The clients had owned the home for several years and wanted a totally new look. We removed a wall and column to open up the entire space to entertain from their home. We did a whole new living, dining, kitchen, both hallway, master bedroom, office, and laundry. Everything in these areas is brand new. We are slated to come back and do the mater bath and two bedrooms in a few months making this essentially a brand new home. These clients were great to work with, and made my job pretty easy. I love the result. Instantly a top 5 of all the projects I have ever been a part of.

BTW, these cabinets were ridiculously heavy.

Little something we did earlier this year. Thie home was from the mid nineties so it had layers and layers of wall paper. We removed the wall between the kitchen and living and replaced just about every finish. We even cut open the doorways from room to room and got rid of the old cased openings. So glad the client allowed me to take a vision and run with it. The whole area feels and functions like a brand new home.
