The truth is…The average skin regeneration cycle takes about 28 days, BUT it can vary depending on a number of factors, including age, genetics, and overall health.

Here’s a little cheat sheet for you to check your skin regeneration length based on your age:

✨ People aged 19 to 21: The process can take 14 to 21 days
✨ Middle-aged individuals: The cycle can take 28 days
✨ People in their 40s and 50s: The cycle take anywhere from 28-42 days

✨ Adults over 50: The cycle can take up to 84 days
