Stars and Execs Rally to Feed the Front Lines of the COVID-19 Epidemic As the coronavirus outbreak strains hospitals around the country, three newly formed relief groups in Los Angeles; Berkeley, California; and Brooklyn are purchasing meals from local restaurants to deliver to heroic health care workers.

We are thrilled to announce that we are teaming up with Help Feed the Frontline Fighting Covid 19 -LA (in partnership with World Central Kitchen) to continue feeding our incredible Southbay hospital staff at Providence Little Company Of Mary Torrance & San Pedro Medical Centers. We would not have been able to make this partnership happen without the generous support of our local community. With this partnership, our mission as a community is to raise the funds required to provide these meals as long as the crisis lasts. More than $50K Raised in Meal Donation Efforts | DigMB Local efforts to raise money to donate local restaurant meals to hospital and emergency workers have raised more than $50,000 in the past week.

Another day, another delivery. Scratch that, another day, a delivery of 120 MEALS! Thanks to your donations, we were able to deliver 120 meals today ALONE, and have delivered 420 meals total since last week! Your donations have made so many medical personnel and first responders happy, so thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!

The love the Los Angeles community sent yesterday was beyond overwhelming. THANK YOU (x10) to everyone who donated money for a first responder’s meal! The first of (hopefully) many meals arrived for our first responders today, and we wanted to share the impact your donations have had on these individuals.

If you haven’t already, please consider sending your love and thanks to a first responder, by donating a meal or sharing this post. Every dollar helps these on the front lines as well as our restaurant staff. Our goal is 100 meals per day to our local first responders.
