It all started in June 2001 when my oldest son was born and faced some health complications. During his two-week hospital stay, the outpouring of support from family and friends made us realize we needed to be closer to home. A local sign shop was the only graphic design opportunity available, and from that moment on, I knew I had found my calling.

Fast forward 23 years in the Sign and Wraps industry, with 13 years as the proud owner of Katalyst Sign & Grafix, and we've built a reputation for quality work that speaks for itself. Our clients know they can count on us for top-notch signage solutions.

Challenges? We don't see any! Signage is a timeless need, and we're here to meet it. Although our office is in Manhattan, we love serving Clay County businesses with budget-friendly advertising options. Plus, working with local schools and inspiring students about our industry is incredibly rewarding.

Transformation Thursday!! Had a little fun with our old shop fridge yesterday!

Had an absolute blast learning from and training with these cats last week at the Arlon Certification/training in Dallas, TX.

I’ve primarily used Arlon products since 2006 and it only seemed fitting to actually become certified. Which I can and will proudly wear that badge of Honor now.👊🏼

Katalyst Sign & Grafix is looking for a new team member to join our growing business, to meet the needs of our Clients & Friends. We are a large format vinyl graphics shop located in the heart of America, The Little Apple - Manhattan, KS.

Must haves:
- The Want & Desire to be the best in the business!

- Illustrator & Photoshop Wizardry to create Logos, Vehicle Wraps, Banners, Business Cards, T-shirts, etc.

- Web design experience is a bonus but not a deal breaker.

- Great Written & Verbal Communication Skills - Must be able to communicate with Customers to understand their needs for the Design.

- Ability to manage a workload of High Priority projects and keep calm under pressure, meet deadlines and work odd hours on occasion.

Competitive Wages, Paid Holidays/Vacation and Benefits.

Relocation allowance available for the right applicant.

Flexible 40 Hour work week, Monday – Friday.
