This workout from our past and present trainers uses minimal equipment—a set of dumbbells or water jugs. Remember, reps & rounds can easily be scaled based on ability level. Enjoy! 5 rounds of: • 6 jumping lunges (3 ea. leg) • 8 single arm db cleans (4 ea. side) • 10 shoulder taps (5 ea. side) Add 2-4 reps of each exercise each round! Do you want to scale back a movement? Try step back lunges, plank hold & dumbbell deadlifts.

He shares what it's like to receive a dry needling session so you know what to expect.
