Got to use the rest of my fabulous bicolor sweet corn from with mild taco seasoning to make this Mexican corn salad. I used the mild seasoning because I added jalapeños for some extra kick!

Tonight, I made a personal taco pizza highlighting our brand new salt-free mild taco seasoning! I mixed our seasoning with 0% fat Greek yogurt for the base & a dollop of topping, low sodium black beans, red onion, Mexican shredded cheese, & cilantro. Chef’s kiss 🤌🏻

Hubby made me tilapia street tacos for lunch, with an heirloom tomato salsa. It was 🤌🏻

My take on a “full” English breakfast! Fried over-medium eggs, baked beans, small red potatoes with our no-salt herb seasoning blend, & the most gorgeous heirloom tomatoes from . I’m sure could do a much more authentic version- complete with their fabulous microgreens! & please, serve with tea 🫖

Here’s a peek at our salt-free herb seasoning blend 😍 Use it on veggies, fish, or meat (I guess! 😄). A mix of parsley, dill, thyme, & chives is good on anything- skip the salt! Great for those trying to be a little more heart healthy.
