Any overthinkers out there???
Try out the strategies I most often recommend to reduce anxiety in those moments of stress.
We often accept anxiety, depression, and other ailments as part of ourselves. This is another great perspective. What if we viewed them as something that is a visitor passing through, not a true part of ourselves?
Anything that is not love
is only a visitor to your body.
You are not anxious,
stress is simply flowing through you.
You are not permanently depressed,
sadness is simply visiting you.
You are not lost,
confusion is simply wandering within you.
And you are not broken,
pain is simply passing through you.
