Holy Cannoli Cookies

Today I tried a new recipe. The cookies have ricotta and are lightly flavored with vanilla, cinnamon and orange zest.

Half the batch has finely chopped chocolate mixed in while the other half are plain.

The cookies are light and airy. Will definitely be making these again.

Celebrating my Dad's birthday tonight with a family dinner this peanut butter pie.
My great aunt Annie used to make this for many of his birthdays. This year I recreated it. Topped with hot fudge. Rich, creamy and delicious.

For Mom's birthday I made a key lime pie topped with dried pineapple flowers.
So happy to be celebrating with her 💗💓💕

It's been fun to be back in the kitchen baking.

My Grammie made a beautiful chocolate cheesecake for Father's Day. It was rich and creamy.

For my aunt's birthday I made a limoncello tirimisu. I'll be making this again!

These have always been a favorite. I made them with my grandmother for the first time last year before Christmas.

Today my brother and I hosted a Mother's Day Brewery afternoon.
Yesterday we made meatballs and sauce together and I made this themed cake.
