To do this right, we are having Mitch Hayes play on Saturday evening to commemorate this season's many wins, and especially our Houston freinds from afar. Mitch should start playing around 6-6:30.

Join us tonight as the Buffalo Bills take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Thursday night's weekly football game. It should be a great game, and we should be done with the rain for tonight, so come out and watch the game or enjoy a beautiful night out on the patio!

We want to ask all of you to consider having your November and December get-togethers at Stevens this year. Have special menu needs? Let us know! Between Chef Mike and myself(Bill), we can cook or make anything you can think of, so just ask, and we'll hold a date for you, especially when we are closed so that you can have the whole place to yourselves! We will add outside heaters for when it gets a tad chilly, or we'll just make a fire outside, or we can all sit inside. I'll attach a primary menu for you all to consider, but seafood of all kinds is an open option.

We have about 20 folks who have not paid yet for the wine dinner next week. We'd like all of you to know we will hold your spots and let others know if you missed the initial sign-up time; we will have about 20 chairs still open. If you'd like to attend, we'd love to have one and all attend, so please Venmo Jan Cox or call us at the restaurant to secure your spot. It should be a fun time for all, I promise!

Wine tasting Event November 1st.

Our Menu will be:
Beginning with Fried Calamari with Marinara Sauce as the beginning appetizer;
Next will be a Romaine salad with red pear tomatoes, sliced red onion, a skewered sampling of fresh Mozzarella Ciligenie, Pitted Casletrvano Olives, and Chery tomatoes with a splattering of sliced Serrano Ham, Sliced Prosciutto, along with sliced Salamis, and some surprise cheeses!
The next course will be an Airline Chicken Breast 8- 10 oz, in a Marsala wine sauce laden with fresh
Rosemary, Thyme and Oregano and garlic; underneath this will be a 2-year-aged Basmati rice with Plugra European-style butter to add a European flavor. The side dish will be a secret till we get there!! This will all be paired with the wines and Olive oils we will be sampling from the Torciano Winery's Private selections, along with sliced Baguette to mop up all the sauce you can't get on a fork!
To begin the end of this, we will have a beautiful dessert made by a local company called the Cheese Cake Royale, and it will be outstanding, an Italian Chocolate Rum Cake coupled with a dessert wine from our hosting wine company.
Our Amy Woods, Restaurant Manager, will lead all to ensure all are happy and full of wine and great food. She is a wonderful host, a better person, and a friend to all, a valued asset to Stevens and our customers!
We look forward to serving all of you!

Starting around 5:00- 5:30, so we can begin seeing everyone we know and meeting those we don't! No valet parking, but we have plenty of room.
We hope to make this a memorable time for all and to have a great time tasting Italian wines, Olive oils, salamis, Parmesan Reggiano, and their Balsamic Vinegar and having fun with all of our friends.

Steve Cosio will be playing tonight; we will be busy, so bring a chair just in case so you can enjoy the evening!

The Giachi Family from the Tenuta Torciano Winery wanted me to remind those who might not have paid for the wine tasting that tomorrow is the last day to pay without losing your spot, so either pay Jan by Venmo or call into the restaurant tomorrow, 10/21 between 2:00 and 5:00 pm please!
