Work 5 day work week with 1 set day off, Monday & Thursday 9am-8pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 9am til 6pm and every Saturday 9am-4pm. Keep in mind in retail sales you may be here after close to finsih up a sales process for the customer.

Must have a Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities:

Build lifelong relationships with customers.
Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their response.
Continuously develop product and sales knowledge to become the vehicle authority.
Know the ins and the outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
Must be able to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
Assist with greeting customers & coordinating with other team members to maintain coverage over incoming phone calls.
Make contact with customers driving on to our lot and let them know we are here to answer any questions.
Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analyses.
Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every day.
We have a high potential Pay Plan with company Health Coverage Options and Vacation pay along with a great Sales Team.

We will be CLOSED on Monday, December 25th to celebrate Christmas with our families.
