1️⃣ Sabro SMaSH

5.5% ABV | 30 IBU

Next up in our series of super approachable single malt and single hop (SMaSH) IPAs is Sabro SMaSH. Golden Promise malt provides the foundation for Sabro's signature tropical coconut and stone fruit flavors.

Sabro hops are one of our founder Zack's favorite varieties and some of the most unique hops out there. We brewed this version of our SMaSH series to be a little hazier and a lot juicier than previous iterations.

2️⃣ Waves of Grain

5.1% ABV | 27 IBU

This classic American Amber Ale was brewed with American pale and crystal malts, and American Cascade hops. You’ll experience waves of malt flavor balanced by the earthy citrus notes of the hefty hop addition.

This beer is an homage to the classic American Amber Ales that sparked the craft beer boom in the late 80s.

🟡Saturday is going to give us another 80-degree day, so that means you need something light, crisp, and full of flavor like our honey oat ale that's reminiscent of cream soda.

🟡It’s going to be 81 degrees, so you’ll need something light, easy to drink, and relaxing. We can’t think of anything more relaxing on a hot summer day than a “Lake Day.”

Our coffee cream ale (formerly known as “Daily Dose”) is back on tap… with a twist!

Introducing—”House Roast.” ♨️

The name is no metaphor; we brewed this beer with the very same coffee beans we roast and use for our in-house coffee.

We sampled five different combinations of beans and roasts before settling on medium-roasted Papua New Guinea beans. 🫘

The beans were added to the beer at their peak freshness, creating a vibrant coffee flavor from start to finish.

If you loved “DD” or are looking for an easy-drinking coffee cream ale, come by the taproom and try a pour.🍺

Introducing—Honey, I Shrunk the Oats!

We brewed this beer with two types of oats and conditioned it on Meadowfoam Honey to create a sweet and creamy beer reminiscent of cream soda. 🥤

No additional vanilla was added throughout the brewing process. All the vanilla and marshmallow notes you taste come from the Meadowfoam Honey, known for its intense vanilla & marshmallow flavor.

That’s right, we’ve got TWO new beers waiting for you to try, and we think you’ll be especially NUTS about one of them! 😉

1️⃣: Omnidirectional

Red IPA brewed with a touch of rye for a complex malt character that balances massive additions of Mosaic, Ekuanot, and Simcoe hops.

This beer's name is a nod to all the directions this beer seems to go in. FAD level hop additions, Snow Ryemoval-esque malt bill, fruity hop notes, and a firm bitterness all work together to make this IPA complex AND enjoyable.

2️⃣: Nuts Like Us

Peanut Butter Porter fans, rejoice! This porter is brewed with over 100 lbs. of peanut butter powder, creating a drink that's packed with creamy peanut butter and chocolate flavors. We didn’t stop there though.

To really amp up the peanut butter flavor, we added real peanut butter at three separate points in the brewing process! If you love our Muddy Runner, you’ll love this one as it’s actually Muddy Runner brewed with peanut butter instead of coconut.
