⭐️ Getting things like seller paid contributions to your closing costs are back on the table
⭐️ There are great loan products like buy down options that can be used as part of the negotiation process to buy down your rate for a period of time (EG. Potentially saving you hundreds on your monthly payment)
⭐️ Home Inspections are back on the table (as they damn well should be)
⭐️ IF rates go back down as they're projected to in the 12-24 you will avoid the inevitable competition AND you can refinance
