We had the opportunity to repair a 100 year old cast aluminum stop light guard, for a friend who restores these lights. This part will now go off for sand blasting and paint, then assembled back onto the light box.

Old cast aluminum like this has a lot of impurities in the base material, making weld adhesion and build up difficult. Prep work is so much more important all the way through the process!

Of course we made our own custom sign for our wedding! Made from some 16ga aluminum sheet metal. Let us know if you would like some custom sheet metal work as well!

Here is a recent trailer restoration that we did. We picked up where a fellow welder left off and was unable to complete the project.

We added all new wiring harness. Finished and improved rear gate and locks. Improved some structural features. Added steel cased rear lights. And of course paint and stickers! The customer was very happy!
