This 100 year old house had little to no ventilation. We built custom louvered gable vents and incorporated a thermostatically controlled attic fan to keep the attic cooler & lower energy bills.

This house tested over 30pcl for indoor radon concentration. Their sump pump failed & we replaced it and a radon proof sump cover. Keeping the basement cooler and drier and reducing radon levels all at once...

Our team was challenged with one of the hardest residential radon mitigation systems. Sprawling ranch built on a thick slab into the side of a berm. We concealed & retrofitted all the suction points & tied everything together in the attic space. Not only is it reducing indoor radon concentration, it's serving as v***r & odor intrusion & keeping the house dryer throughout the year.
