Wow, I really don’t know what to say…

We had some bumps along the way, but a record setting weekend for us. All freezers and refrigerators were absolutely as full as they could have been. I restocked this morning from restaurant depot. I don’t really know what to do at this point…but enough about that, I just want to say a couple things.

First off, shout out to my amazing staff. They absolutely crushed it this weekend given the volume. I truly could not have asked for more, and I love this group we have this year.

Second, thank you to every single one of you who supported us this weekend. We’re blown away by your support and we thank you!

Now, regarding tomorrow….we have a delivery coming, but I’m scrambling to get the product necessary to provide you with the quality you’ve come to expect from us…it’s possible we will have a delayed opening tomorrow. We will keep you posted via this page.

Again, thank you to everyone. Your support means the world to us. Yes, there were a few bad eggs…but overall, we really couldn’t have asked for more.

Finally, a huge thank you to all of you who have served or have family members who have served.

Hope everyone has a fantastic Memorial Day and we will see you soon.

Just a few friendly reminders for the holiday weekend…

1st and foremost (and it happened already today)
DO NOT DISRESPECT MY STAFF, if you have a problem, direct it towards me, not a 19 year old seasonal employee.

Parking. Yes. It sucks, trust me, we know. Throw the four ways on, run in, pick up, run out…or get delivery.

Order ahead. Don’t wait until you’re 20 minutes away from death by starvation, because it might take an hour.

Restrooms. They are for paying customers. I don’t care if you ordered a pizza from us once, 6 weeks ago.

Mistakes. If we made one, call us back, ask for me. I will address it. Be respectful. It’s really not much to ask.

This is a recipe I’ve been working on for a little while now….san marzano tomatoes, sausage, garlic, heavy cream, fresh basil, imported Romano, seasonings.

Been tinkering with this for a while with family and friends as guinea pigs. Feel like I finally nailed it. The sauce is so good that Jace is asking to eat it as soup. 😂

We still have some of last nights menu items available for dine in, take out, or delivery today.
