A few months ago we posted a front elevation of this new project to be built in Ventnor, NJ... as you can see it is well on its way towards completion.

This is a single family home that we designed for a developer in Margate, NJ. It is on Pacific Avenue. As you can see it is two stories of living space over a ground floor with a two car garage and lots of storage... plus elevator access to all levels. The living space is open and it has 5 bedrooms.
