Our Little Rippers Program is great for kids who want to learn how to surf but are timid about trying new things. We work in small groups and go at each child’s pace. Two hours is just the right amount of time to learn the fundamentals of surfing, ocean safety, surf etiquette, play games, meet friends, get a taste of the beach lifestyle and of course, ride many many waves!!

Hi Stacey’s Fam! We’re introducing ourselves from spring break in Puerto Rico and are so excited to make summer memories with you!
Jake and I both learned to surf on Quincy/Pembroke Aves as kids. One of our first dates was in the water at Pembroke Ave and we’ve been parked on Quincy with our kids in the water out front ever since.
Over the years, we’ve loved watching as Stacey built this amazing community and are so honored take the reins alongside Head Surf Instructor Cassidy McClain.
Fun fact- we have always been part of the Stacey’s Fam (literally!) Jake and Stacey are related, our kids learned to surf at Stacey’s and can’t wait to join the team.
Fast forward, two kids and lots of surf and snow trips later and we can’t wait to carry on Stacey’s tradition of making the ocean a fun and safe place for everyone!
If you see us on the beach or around town be sure to stop and introduce yourself! And make sure to check out for all things surf 🤙🏼
Dear Stacey’s Surf Camp,
Thank you for being one of the most incredible rides of my life. You gave me 16 unforgettable summers filled with many great memories, good times, special friendships, and valuable life lessons. From a surf lesson with my son to a camp for moms & groms then shortly into a camp for everyone.
Together we created a safe, warm, highly energetic environment for kids and adults to learn & thrive. We were fortunate to have the most incredible staff which felt more like an extended family than coworkers. Our campers turned into instructors and the circle of learning and growth continued to expand. We were pioneers in a man-dominated world, and despite the doubt of others, we were able to make a difference in thousands of lives. It has been such an honor nurturing and loving you to grow into such a special place for many people to enjoy.
Now I can pay it forward and give another family the chance to continue the magic with the same great staff and vibes. Jake and Johanna Perskie are Margate locals and Pembroke has always been their hometown surf break. Their kids first learned to surf with us and have since been surfing together as a family. I am confident that The Perskie family will continue to keep the camp just as awesome.
It’s time for me to say goodbye and create again. I am forever grateful for everyone who rode this wave with me and Stacey’s Surf Camp. The foundation has been set for a new generation. 🏄♀️🏄🤙

East Coast Surfing Hall of Fame, Class of 2024 Inductee
Mark Neustadter - New Jersey - Industry
Mark “Neuy” Neustadter started surfing at 10 years of age in his hometown of Margate. Before long he rose up the competitive ranks of the ESA. A long-time team member of Jim Earles’ Reef Surf Shop Team, Neustadter had podium finishes in surf comps up and down the East Coast. Following 2nd place finishes in the Junior Division at the 1972 and 1973 Easterns in Cape Hatteras, Neustadter finished 3rd in the 1973 U.S. Championship held at the famous pier in Huntington Beach, California.
After finishing college, he turned his attention to the business side of surfing beginning a successful career with Rip Curl U.S.A. Eventually Neustadter went out on his own, launching a sales agency that represented Rusty, JimmyZ, Rainbow, Electric and Cobian among many others over his 40+ year career, which makes him the perfect Industry inductee.
Neuy still resides in Margate, surfing often and continues in the mix in the surf industry as well as selling real estate in and around his hometown.
