Weddings can be stressful.
Here are some tips to make your day as relaxing as possible.
1. Plan some alone time the morning of.
This is a big day. Plan if you can to spend some time alone-going on a walk, having a coffee. Honor the momentous occasion to come.
2. Rest as much as you can.
This is a marathon not a sprint. Take moments of rest where you can, let people help you.
3. Treat yourself.
Take a bath or a long hot shower. Use your best products. Light a candle. Luxuriate in yourself.
4. Put your phone on airplane mode,
Designate a bridesmaid or friend to be the contact person. No one should be calling you because they can't find parking!
5. Be sure to eat and hydrate normally,
This is key. You need energy. You need to sustain your body.

It's funny because it's true. Unless it is a craft you participate in prior to the wedding planning process, it's probably best to leave it to us!
