I can’t believe it’s been a year. Our first year has been a success amid Covid-19.

At least 18 years of age
Must have one or more of the following:
CDA
TCC
Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development
Georgia Issued Paraprofessional Certificate
Bachelor's degree or higher
Must love working with children and youth
Combined experience and/or formal training equivalent to a minimum of one year experience working with youth and knowledge of youth development.
Must enjoy teaching
Formal training, and/or experience teaching youth while creating engaging learning experiences.
Creative or arts education degree a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior problems.
Ability to deal with the general public.
Ability to plan and implement quality learning programs for youth.
Ability to organize and supervise students in a safe environment.
Ability to be a team player.
Able to stand for long periods.
