The Blues, Jazz, and Folk Music Society of the Mid-Ohio Valley is pleased to provide local schools and our communities with educational opportunities in the richness of blues music. At each Blues in the Schools presentation students and staff are exposed to quality blues music. At each presentation blues musicians share their knowledge of blues history and many times their own personal inspiring life-stories. For those students interested in music and performance they are provided with an opportunity for exposure to an intimate collaboration with professional and award-winning artists.
