Our Story
Executive Chef Will Adamek is the creative mind behind Dogwood Catering. As a self-taught culinary artist, Chef Will spent 20+ years working in the Hospitality Industry crafting his passion for food and service under the tutelage of the best Executive Chefs. Chef Will has now begun his own journey as a business owner and chef.
Chef de Cuisine Adam Smawley, a Marietta native, began his culinary journey learning from his chef mother and sommelier father. With 25 years experience in the restaurant and catering industries, he accepts nothing less than perfection from his kitchen. Chef Adamβs unique cooking style is self-described as Elevated Southern with influences from Asia, Africa and South America.
We are proud to serve Atlanta with top notch wedding and event celebrations. Our team of event producers is ready to help create the one of a kind event youβve always imagined.
