Our Story

Plantation Realty & Management (PRM) was founded in the mid-nineties as my father’s construction company and a family holding company for privately held investment properties. Our primary business is a family owned Real Estate company we started as Century 21 Farish Realty in 1979. Recently we dropped the franchise to become Farish Realty and Associates. Over the years we have become experts in property management and selling foreclosure properties.

Although managing the business’ rentals for the past 28 years has turned into a passion, in 2000 we expanded by adding a property management division and our target area is the west GA corridor. These counties include Carroll, Douglas, Paulding, Cobb, Cherokee and south Bartow. This market area soon became too large to be based from Carrollton.

In 2009 we opened PRM in Marietta so we could continue to offer the premium service that we’re known for. In 2016 we opened an Association Management Division continuing to provide superior services, our ultimate dedication.
