This customer brought in this beat up Rolex Yacht-Master in need of some TLC. The dial feet were broken from a drop and we laser soldered new dial feet to save the customer from buying a new dial. The date wheel was damaged and we replaced it with an OEM date wheel. We did a full service on the movement, sealed this Rolex to factory specifications, and refinished the entire watch at the customers request. This customer brought in this beautiful solid gold Harry Winston watch that was not running. Our watchmakers did a complete service on the movement (Frédéric Piguet movement), refinished the case, and sealed it to factory specifications. This customer brought in this beat up Breitling Chronomat with a diamond dial/bezel that was in need of some major love and in need of service. Our watchmakers serviced the movement (7750) and refinished the entire case and band. Our professionals use lap machines while refinishing instead of buffing machines to remove the scratches out to maintain all the straight edges. Before and after photos provided.

This customer purchased these beautiful GIA certified 2.03 karat total weight princess cut VS1 diamonds (E color) from us. This unfortunate customer broke their wedding ring and lost their entire Diamond. We provided this customer with a beautiful 1.02 karat princess cut Diamond E color (white) diamond. Our expert jewelers made a new setting, set the diamond, and put all new rhodium on the ring. This customer can now take pride on their beautiful wedding ring again. Very cool vintage Omega triple date moon just brought in for service recently with us that is not running properly. restored this vintage quartz Heuer and brought it back to life. This Heuer had a bad water leak coming from the crystal gasket. The ETA Swiss quartz movement had water damage. Our company completely serviced this battery operated movement, replaced the crystal gasket, crown gasket, and back gasket. This watch now runs great and is fully water-resistant again.

This beautiful solid gold Rolex 18038 Day-Date Presidential with a 3055 movement was serviced by us about 2 years ago. This customer dropped it on the ground and broke the balance staff recently. Our company replaced the balance staff as a courteous for this customer, even though it was human error. Quality and customer service has always been our #1 priority for over 25 years. After a long search, high demand and low inventory, this lady finally found this beautiful mid size Rolex with a diamond dial and dial bezel 2300) that she had been looking for, for months. Only to be disappointed after she ordered it online, it arrived with a broken set lever in the movement. (2235). Because of the high demand, the seller instantly said he would refund her money. She did not want to start her search all over again. Our experts replaced the set lever and fully serviced the movement to run perfect again. As usual, Marina Bay Watch Company delivered!
