Happy International Yoga Day from all of us ! Over the years, we have built the most amazing community of practitioners and teachers; a family where not just physical health but mental health and wellness is celebrated, nurtured, and supported. We love all of you and hope to see you soon on the mat

We’ve had an amazing response to Hot Pilates! For those of you that can’t make it during the week…don’t worry we have now added a Sunday community class $10 at 4PM!!!!

Who’s ready?! Hot Pilates starts tomorrow with Miss Regan!!! A class you won’t want to miss. Regan holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy; she is certified to teach Hot Pilates/Hot Sculpt and will be guiding both modalities here with us . We couldn’t be more excited to welcome her to our HYLA Family. More classes will be added next week…we’ll see you on the mat!

Though Emmy is gone, she will continue to bless our community. Emmy was a woman of grace, integrity, strength, and a wealth of knowledge. When Emmy spoke, you listened and you learned; her leadership was gentle yet strong. The last time Emmy blessed our studio was series of classes she taught during late Fall 2017.

Her voice, her pace, her direction, her presence are things you can still hear. Emmy’s classes were powerful and she will be dearly missed. We love you Emmy, sending love and blessings to your husband and family.
