Rotary Club of Marlborough, MA
The Rotary Club of Marlborough meets every Thursday (except holidays) at the Bolton Street Tavern in Marlboro,Massachusetts. Plenty of parking is available.
Every week, with very few exceptions, there is a speaker presenting on a topic of interest. If a week's program catches your attention and you'd like to join us for lunch, plan to arrive by about noon. Our meetings start at 12:15 (though parking becomes more interesting by noon), end promptly at 1:30, cost $23 for a choice of excellent meals, and are fun to attend and a fantastic way to meet people "doing good" in the community and the world. Join us! And don't forget to LIKE our page.
Thank you GFWC Marlborough Junior Woman's Club for a fantastic Trunk or Treat event! It was a beautiful day, & fun to see all the costumes trick-or-treating at the Rotary Club of Marlborough & Kits for Kids spots.
At the Reality Fair, MHS juniors learned all about the costs of supporting themselves in the real world. Students received a “paycheck” based on their chosen career, & as they moved around the room, they learned what it takes to pay for life’s necessities & surprises, including housing, transportation, insurance, food, clothing, utilities, groceries, retirement savings, student loans, & more!
A HUGE thank you to the local businesses who showed up & shared their expertise & to everyone else who volunteered! Special thanks to our own Bonnie Doolin & Peg Thorsen for organizing & leading this amazing learning experience!
Look what I found in Copenhagen! Rotary! ❤️ Service above self.

Busy day for Rotarians as we helped Marlboro High School students learn about important life skills at the Reality Fair. Students practiced the game of “life” and learned about budgeting for housing, transportation, necessities, retirement, & even some of life’s unexpected surprises!
We are so proud of our very own Rotarian, Alan Herzog, who was recognized at the CCUA’s annual awards for “his willingness to go above and beyond...”
Go “above and beyond” they say? Yup, we completely agree!!! Congratulations, Alan! Well-deserved!
