This year, The Michaels Organization is celebrating our 50th anniversary! In celebration of this special milestone, we’re taking a look back on the people, places, and programs that have played a role in our organization’s success, including our very first student housing development, 330 Cooper at Rutgers University–Camden.

330 Cooper officially opened in 2012, making it the first new student housing facility for Rutgers–Camden in 25 years. The 12-story, 102-unit high-rise for graduate students brought much-needed housing to the University in addition to supporting the resurgence of an important and historic neighborhood in downtown Camden.

The community houses over 300 students and offers fully furnished apartments with private bedrooms and bathrooms and full kitchens. Students have access to a media room, rooftop lounge, game room, study lounges on each floor, and 7,000 square feet of ground-floor retail.
