Our sweet Oakley has been adopted! Thank-you Ann Migrala and family for opening up your hearts and home to this sweet kitten. After all she has been through we couldn’t be happier. Oakley has a new kitty brother Georgie who is also a former ALI rescue. Oakleys new family has told us they are now playmates and becoming good friends❤️

Meet beautiful baby Oakley. She was rescued by a Good Samaritan who found her in the street traumatized, in pain and suffering from a broken jaw. After a few weeks of recovery and a visit to a dental surgeon, we were told fractures would heal on their own, Oakley is now up for adoption and doing very well!! Adult cats are often overlooked and can stay in rescue for a long time. There are many advantages to adopting older cats. Kitty one of our sweet but sassy adoptees who is special needs has found a forever home!
