Seeds are the source for hemp oil. Once processed the oil contains little to no cannabidiol (CBD). Now, that’s not to say oil derived from seeds is useless. It is similar to fish oil in that it is comprised of fatty acids. A good rule of thumb is to check the ingredients and lab testing results for any oil you are considering.
