PEIF Zumba classes start this week! Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. Space is limited. You can reserve your spot ahead of time by calling 906-227-2110 or, if you have an NMU account, you can do it online by going to recsports.nmu.edu, click on “Group Fitness,” and go from there.

Take your mind off of the stress and negative and hit the reset button. Shout and move and laugh. Be free to express yourself, get goofy, work hard, and refine your technique. Improve your endurance, toning, reflexes, and balance. Glorify God and become all you were made to be. Remember you are stronger than you think, smarter than you think, more beautiful than you think, and more loved than you think.
