These are actual facts!

One of my very first flavor combinations. This is the Caramel Apple Pie cupcake. I see so many things wrong with this cupcake visually. The frosting is too stiff and probably too sweet from all the powdered sugar. Too much flour in the cupcake causing a dense, crumbly mess. Too much cinnamon in the batter. Took me almost a year to perfect this delicious flavor combo but I finally did it!

Jalapeno Cornbread with Blueberry Jam.

My oh my this combo is out of this world. Cornmeal, flour, salt, baking powder, buttermilk, honey, butter, eggs, jalapenos and blueberry jam. It will have your tongue slapping your forehead and your taste buds begging for more😋

A cake to celebrate the 5 Nights at Freddy's movie release.

Last night we baked up another butter pecan cake! This cake is so nutty and flavorful. It takes me back to Sunday. Sunday wasn't a day of the week but a feeling. Everyone loading up in the car, going to church, and then to Grandma's for Sunday dinner. Every time I bake this cake I can close my eyes and it's just like I'm right back there again. Welcome back Sunday 😊
