She has prepared a beautiful cantaloupe dish w compressed lemon, thyme, and prosciutto mixed with cucumber, toybox tomatoes, fried capers, & topped with cantaloupe micros🌱

This was our first major event supplying live trays of microgreens to be harvested at location - delivering the freshest product possible for the guest at the event.

Had the pleasure of dining in San Ramon last night to check out their new location (also located in Concord and Oakland) and indulge in fresh sashimi paired with some excellent sake, & hands down have to give it to their Triple Kinja Roll - salmon, cucumber, and avocado roll topped with tuna, hamachi, masago, and our Harvest Sizzle mix 🍣 🌱

You can find them south bound on I-680, off Crow Canyon. Great venue, friendly staff, exceptional food👍🏽

For the second dish, we have a Tuna melt made with wild albacore mixed w chef Tony’s pickles, capers, lemon and mayo on sliced sourdough, grilled sharp cheddar cheese, & sliced tomato🤌🏽🤌🏽🤌🏽

For appetizers, we got the Table Guac served w verde, serrano, escobeche, pepita, cilantro, tostada & the Shrimp Cheviche served with their special Wow sauce - all topped our Harvest Sizzle mix.
