Navy veteran with a love of wood-working. When I was young, I used to help my father on projects involving wood. Mainly building decks. My grandfather was a wood shop teacher for many many years. Being on deployments all the time prevented me from continuing on, however, once I was out of the military, I was able to start a few projects here and there. Recently bought a house that I had to fix up.

Hi!
I'm a U.S. Navy veteran with a love of family, football, and wood-working.
When I was young, I used to help my father on projects involving wood. Mainly building decks. My grandfather was a wood shop teacher for many many years.
Being on deployments all the time prevented me from continuing on, however, once I was out of the military, I was able to start a few projects here and there.
Recently bought a house that I had to fix up. I had to put in hardwood flooring, so to complete that, I had to get a table saw and several other tools. Once the flooring was done, I figured that since I had the tools, I could start creating things.
It started off slow, due to getting spun up with my main job; lots of hard work! However, as I finished projects, I had people inquire if I could make something for them.
So, here we are! Trusty's Wood!
I am open to requests for certain items, and as long as I can create it, I'm willing to do it!
Here's what I have on my list of products:
- 12 bottle Wine Rack/Shelf (pic already posted)
- Book Shelf
- 3 bottle Wine stand
- Doggy dining table (This is in the planning stage and will make them height specific for small dogs or bigger dogs.)
