Moon Child Remedies

After 5 years of running my business , Moon Child decided to close for vacation for the week . This is the first time since I opened my doors . I felt best for me and my staff to recharge and be back refreshed for the upcoming Fall season ahead .
During this week , I will also be unplugging from social media so that I can truly relax and take some time to enjoy my family and friends .
We have some great events lined up ahead for the season and new merch after traveling to the Denver show next month.

I love that the world has really embraced Crystals . When I began my journey with spirituality and my own crystals , this “ practice “ was considered kooky .
Fast forward to walking in Neiman Marcus last month in Vegas and seeing this faux crystal table . Nestled inside the plant , is a beautiful Celestite crystal .

With Valentines Day around the corner , I wanted to see how this day came to be . In honor of one or two early Christian martyrs named Saint Valentine, Valentine's Day, did not come to be celebrated as a day of romance until about the 14th century . Legend has it while in prison, Valentine cared for his fellow prisoners and also his jailors blind daughter . They say the final act before he was executed, was to write her a love message, and he signed it " from your Valentine " . He was executed on February 14 in the year 270.

The oldest known material on Earth is a tiny bit of zircon crystal that has remained intact for an incredible 4.4 billion years . How cool is that ? ! ✨

Yesterday was 11/11.
A super spiritual number, an Angel number as we believe ✨

I have had the same number follow me since I am about 18 . It has become a huge part in my life . I might be having the worst day and I look up and there it is maybe on a license plate , reminding me it will be ok . I could be having the best day and there it is somewhere and again , it is still so comforting to me .

Labor Day has its origins in the labor union movement, specifically the eight-hour day movement, which advocated eight hours for work, eight hours for recreation, and eight hours for rest. But any small business owner will tell you its a constant 24/7 . Its no longer divided equally , 8 hours each .
Moon Child is open 7 days a week . My head is constantly swirling - 7 days a week . I am a one woman show .
I buy and purchase all my goods . Unbox it all . Get my goods into the computer . Label them . And then get them out on the floor . I also work 2 days a week all day in the shop . So for anyone that says " You are never there " . Please know , I am ALWAYS there .
Moon Child is a true LABOR OF LOVE for me . My heart is there 24/7 and I am sure it shows even if I am not physically in the store working behind the register .
So on this Labor Day , I am celebrating anyone who gets all of this and cheers to us all for making it through these crazy last few years .
