Here's another vintage Addams Family comic for the Christmas season. It was sent to us by one of our friends and followers, Thomas Adler, who says that an original drawing was given to his father-in-law by Charles Addams himself back in the mid-1960s.
I love this one, which shows us the seven-foot-tall Lurch being turned into a Christmas tree.
Their names would come later, but the whole family is included here, from Grandmamma, Morticia, and Pugsley on the left to Wednesday, Gomez, and Uncle Fester on the right. (Fester looks particularly goofy in his full-length cloak.)
One big, happy, creepy family.
