Just a reminder to everyone what my policy is because I’ve been having last minute cancellation, no shows, and people being late. I understand things happen and I’m very lenient on a lot of things lately but it’s getting a little repetitive and ridiculous at this point. I do not want to have to charge anyone a 60% fee of your appointment or have to turn you away because you show up late or no show me to many times. Please start being on time and showing up for me like I show up for you! If you no show me twice I will not take you as a client anymore. If you show up late and it’s been 15 minutes past your appointment time I will not take you and you will be charged a 60% fee. If there is traffic an emergency whatever please text me and let me know asap! But if you’re simply forgetting/oversleeping/not watching the time whatever I ask that you please be more responsible and respectful of my time!
I ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time. Last minute cancelations appointments are subject to be charged 60% of your scheduled service cost unless charged a non-refundable deposit. There will be a 15 minute grace period after your appointment start time… If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 60% of the booked service cost. If you are more then 5 minutes late you will be charged a $8 late fee. After 10 minutes you will be charged a dollar for every minute until you arrive if you have texted or called me to let me know you’re coming and I have time to take you. No shows will be charged 60% of the booked service cost on top of the non-refundable deposit. If you no show or cancel last minute and your card declines, you will be responsible for paying 60% of the missed service before any future bookings. No showing more than once will result in a ban. My goal is to service guests to the best of my ability, and never intend to charge, so all I ask is for your complete communication to avoid any unwanted situations.

Hey everyone just a friendly reminder I do NOT work over top of other nail techs work.
1.) I don’t know what there products are. Each nail technician uses different products, that may not interact well together or cause a reaction. I can’t ensure that my products will be to the best quality they could be.
2.) Infection! I dont want to be responsible for an untreated infection that you didn’t know was there.
I cannot guarantee retention, or that you won’t get an infection. I take pride in my work and would like for all my sets to represent the quality I offer. If you do come to me with someone else’s work your nails will have to be soaked and new put on. Thank you for understanding.
