Centerpieces for today's catering event!
Baked crispy artichoke are my new favorite! I buy them frozen and jarred to make them.
Toss in evoo, half lemon squeezed, sprinkle with s+p, garlic and onion powder, and nutritional yeast.
Bake at 375 until brown and crsipy, about 30ish minutes.
I make different sauces but this one was plain yogurt, dab of avocado mayo, franks original hot sauce.
Try it!!
