CPRT (or parent coaching) is an evidence-Research shows that when parents are trained to implement the skills of Child-Parent Relationship Training (CPRT). After completion, children experience improvements in emotional and behavioral concerns including: anxiety, emotional dysregulation, self-esteem, anger, aggression, defiance, opposition, attention, depression, and other common issues. Parents learn how to help their children regulate their emotions, tolerate frustration, and increase self-control.
