We recently held our company Spring Drive-Thru for our amazing employees! Originally scheduled for May 4th with a fun "May The 4th Be With You" theme, we had to postpone due to inclement weather.

Our drive-thru event provided a wonderful opportunity for our team to connect with Leadership, discuss various topics, and chat with The Caring Team about how we're supporting each other and the community. Employees also received a special “goodie bag” as a token of our appreciation for their hard work and dedication.

Last week, we had the incredible opportunity to participate in the career fair with Put Tools in Schools at Rocky River High School. With over 600 students in attendance, we showcased the daily work we do at Precision Plumbing and shared insights on what it's like to be part of our team.

These events are fantastic opportunities to show students that there are multiple pathways to success after high school beyond the traditional four-year university route. A career in the trades offers immense potential for growth and fulfillment. Together with Put Tools In Schools we allows students to experience firsthand what it's like to work in the trades.

However, we can't do it alone. We need the industry to step up and demonstrate to these students the vast career opportunities available without a four-year diploma. Let's ensure each student has the greatest chance of finding success after high school, no matter which path they choose.

We're thrilled to share an update on our latest project at the North Carolina Zoo in Asheboro, part of the Zoo's upcoming Asian expansion set to launch next year. Our team has been hard at work implementing essential infrastructure, including the main sanitary system, water lines through the animal exhibits, and various lines for sanitary purposes, hydration, and waste management across each enclosure.

Though we've made significant progress, there's still more to do before the expansion is ready. We are excited about the impact our work will have on enhancing the lives of the zoo's future residents and improving the experience for all visitors.

We're excited to share an update on our ongoing project at Windsor Run Community in Charlotte! Over the past few months, our team at Precision Plumbing has been diligently working to enhance the facility's infrastructure. We've successfully connected the main water heaters to the extensive piping network across the entire facility. This includes installing all corresponding elements like mixing valves, pressure reducing valves, and the plumbing for each restroom.

Over the past several months, our dedicated team at Precision Plumbing has been hard at work on the Atrium Health Bed Tower extension project in Charlotte. We've made significant progress, starting with the installation of floor sinks on the ground level.

One of our biggest achievements has been overcoming challenges to place three large, 10-foot tanks underground, essential for the main sanitary and stormwater system.

As we move forward, we're nearing the completion of groundwork and gearing up to tackle overhead piping. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue partner with industry leaders to bring more advanced healthcare to the Charlotte area.

Last week, our Precision Plumbing team turned up the heat with a fierce chili cook-off! Our team members brought their best recipes to the table, and after a fiery competition, the votes were cast.

We want to congratulate Rob Danison, who was declared the winner in a tight race, with his chili recipe taking the crown! A special shoutout to Matt Brinson, who came in a close second place, proving that the competition was as hot as the chili!

We’re proud to be a key part of the construction of the new Atrium Health Lake Norman hospital. Over the past few months, our team has been hard at work laying the foundation for a state-of-the-art healthcare facility.

Over the past several months our team has accomplished several key milestones in the project such as

• Underground Piping: We’re nearing the completion of the underground storm and sanitary piping, ensuring the hospital’s infrastructure is robust and reliable.
• Sanitary Piping: Installation of sanitary piping on the third floor is progressing smoothly, setting the stage for the hospital’s essential plumbing systems.
• Overhead Piping: We’ve successfully installed all hangers for overhead piping on floors two through five, covering sanitary and domestic water systems.

Looking ahead, the next intrigue phase of the project is water supply. Our next big task is to start running water from the central utility plant through the installed piping, this will be a critical step in bringing the hospital to life.
